Infrared thermometer guns generally do not measure very accurately, and a large part depends on the outdoor temperature. The best way is to use it closer to people, and the effect may be better.
The setting method of the temperature measuring gun is as follows:
1. Generally, the temperature measuring gun does not require complicated settings. It can be used after installing the battery. The battery compartment cover is generally located at the handle of the temperature measuring gun. You can use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw. On the operating interface of the temperature measuring gun, press " Press the "set" key to switch the temperature unit. Generally, there are degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit to choose from. Press the "max" key to display the maximum and minimum values. Press the light icon to turn on the backlight display and laser indication.
2. Generally, the temperature measuring gun can display a temperature range of minus 32 degrees Celsius to 400 degrees Celsius, with a response time of 500ms and a 9v battery.
The temperature measuring gun consists of a connector, a barrel, a support frame, an adjusting nut, a connector, a handle, a blow pipe, and a compensation wire. The connector is located at the front end of the barrel and is connected to the compensation wire that penetrates the barrel. The support of the adjusting nut is set outside the barrel, the connecting piece is set at the end of the barrel, and the blow pipe and the handle are set on the connecting piece. The advantages are simple structure, convenient operation, reduced labor intensity, cost saving, and the ability to continuously and accurately measure the temperature of molten steel.
How to adjust the temperature difference of the thermometer
First, choose a qualified temperature measuring gun, turn on the thermometer, and select the same point for the infrared ray of the temperature measuring gun and the infrared ray of the thermometer. Compare the values measured by the two temperature measuring devices. When the temperature measured by the thermometer is higher than When the temperature gun is on (or below), adjust the temperature of the thermometer. Specific steps:
1. Select SET (green key), press and hold for 3 seconds, PR55 will appear, press ﹥ to shift, and the password is 2000 to unlock.
2. Press SET (green key) and select Pb value for temperature correction. For example: the actual temperature measured by the thermometer is 250 degrees, but the temperature measuring gun displays 220 degrees, and the temperature difference is 30 degrees. You need to press the V key to select -30. When the thermometer When the temperature is lower than the temperature measuring gun, press the ∧ key to select the ten-phase difference value. Then press and hold SET (green key) to restore the actual measurement interface. Note: When selecting the Pb value, no factory values can be adjusted.
