How to adjust the unit of rangefinder in m

Press and hold the key below the plus and minus symbols, which is the key to the left of the bottom row, for a few seconds, changing the unit once, and press Pretest X2 each time.

A distance meter is an instrument designed based on the principles of optics, acoustics and electromagnetic waves for distance measurement. A rangefinder is a track estimation instrument used to measure the distance to a target and perform track estimation. There are many forms of rangefinders, usually a long cylinder, consisting of an objective lens, an eyepiece, and a distance measuring knob, and are used to measure the distance to a target. A laser rangefinder is an instrument that uses laser light to accurately measure the distance to a target. When the laser rangefinder is working, it emits a very thin laser beam towards the target. The photoelectric element receives the laser beam reflected by the target. The timer measures the time from emission to reception of the laser beam and calculates the distance from the observer to the target. Laser rangefinders are currently the most widely used rangefinders. Laser rangefinders can be classified into handheld laser rangefinders (measuring distance 0-300 meters) and telescope laser rangefinders (measuring distance 500-3000 meters). .

Measuring range
1. Increased measurement range: The measurement range of a rangefinder usually increases when measuring in a dark environment (dawn or dusk) and when the target and/or the rangefinder is in the shadow of bright light. Using a target board will also increase the range of your rangefinder.

2. Measurement range reduction: The measurement range may be reduced under bright conditions, such as when working in bright sunlight or under extremely strong lighting. The rangefinder's measuring range may be reduced when measuring through glass or when an object is within the path of the laser beam.

The rangefinder's measuring range may be reduced when measuring on green, blue or black matte surfaces or on wet or shiny surfaces.
