How to calibrate a laser rangefinder
Instrument calibration: Under specified conditions, a set of operations to determine the relationship between the value indicated by the measuring instrument or measuring system, or the value represented by the physical measuring instrument, and the corresponding value reproduced by the standard.
The first step of this method is to inspect the instrument, and this inspection requires experimental operation of the instrument, and the experimental data after the operation must be recorded. The last is the comparison of the data, we can calculate the accuracy of the instrument according to the difference between the standard value and the experimental value, and this also achieves the purpose of our instrument calibration.
Calibration basis:
1. The first choice is the national calibration standard for measuring instruments;
2. Or according to the relevant parts of the metrological verification regulations;
3. Or the method specified by the equipment manufacturer;
4. Or choose the latest methods published by well-known technical organizations or related scientific books and journals;
5. If there is no national calibration specification for measuring instruments, publicly released, international, regional or national technical standards or technical specifications that meet customer needs can be used;
6. Or use the self-written instrument calibration method file. The self-written instrument calibration method should be compiled in accordance with JJF1071-2001 "Rules for Compilation of National Measurement Instrument Calibration Specifications" and used after confirmation.
