How to clean the gas detector?
Now everyone should know that every household is equipped with gas detectors, but do you know how to clean up the gas detection?
1. Cleaning
Please wipe the case of the instrument with a soft and clean cloth, do not use solvents or detergents.
2. Battery charging
The lithium battery box must be fully charged before using the detector.
3. Replace the sensor
To replace the sensor inside the detector, first make sure the sampling pump is disconnected from the unit.
Precautions for daily maintenance of single gas detector:
1. Inspection of the whole machine: the detector should be checked regularly at ordinary times.
2. Sensor maintenance: Generally, it needs to be rechecked and calibrated after installation and use for half a year to one year, and the tester will issue a test report.
3. When the sensor of the gas detector loses its sensitivity, it needs to be replaced. Through regular calibration, it will be known whether the sensor is invalid. When the calibration value does not reach the calibration gas value, the sensor should be replaced.
Precautions for daily use of single gas detector:
1. The portable gas detector detects under the normal working environment, and the working life of the sensor is more than two years.
2. Prevent the portable gas detector from falling from a high place or being violently shaken.
3. If the machine does not respond for a long time, please turn off the power of the portable gas detector and restart it.
4. It is necessary to use the portable gas detector in a place free from corrosive gas, oil fume, dust and rain.
5. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the portable gas detector should be calibrated regularly, and the verification period should not exceed one year.
6. Do not make the portable gas detector frequently contact with high-concentration gas whose concentration is higher than the detection range, and strictly prohibit collision and disassembly of the sensor, otherwise the working life of the sensor will be lost.
