How to deal with the burning of the soldering iron tip
1. Wipe it first with a soldering iron tip cleaner, then apply tin repeatedly and clear the sponge several times, then it will become bright.
2. First adjust the temperature to 300°C, clean the tip with a cleaning sponge, and check the condition of the tip. If the tin-plated part of the solder tip contains colored oxides.
3. Plating a new tin layer, and then wipe the tip with a cleaning sponge. This cleaning is repeated until the oxide is completely removed, and then a new tin layer is plated.
4. Wipe with toothpaste or polishing paste, and be careful to use light force.
How to prevent electric soldering iron tip from burning
1. Intermittent energization method
