How to design a DC regulated power supply with an output voltage of 81 volts

It depends on the purpose of 81V DC, including the ripple coefficient of DC output, DC voltage stabilization accuracy, output power, and so on.

If the requirements for Bowen coefficient and DC voltage stabilization accuracy are not high, the lowest cost approach is to use a transformer with an output of 110V to replace it with a transformer with an output of 68V, and then pass it through full bridge rectification and π - type filtering circuit.

Technical specifications of DC stabilized power supply
The technical indicators of DC stabilized power supply can be divided into two categories: one is characteristic indicators, which reflect the inherent characteristics of DC stabilized power supply, such as input voltage, output voltage, output current, and output voltage regulation range; Another type is quality indicators, which reflect the advantages and disadvantages of DC stabilized power supplies, including stability, equivalent internal resistance (output resistance), ripple voltage, and temperature coefficient.

1. Characteristic indicators

(1) Output voltage range

The output voltage range that can work normally under the working conditions of a DC stabilized power supply. The upper limit of this indicator is determined by the maximum input voltage and the minimum input-output voltage difference, while its lower limit is determined by the reference voltage value inside the DC stabilized power supply.

(2) Maximum Input Output Voltage Difference

This indicator represents the maximum allowable voltage difference between input and output under normal operating conditions of the DC stabilized power supply, and its value mainly depends on the withstand voltage indicator of the internal adjustment transistor of the DC stabilized power supply.

(3) Minimum Input Output Voltage Difference

This indicator represents the minimum voltage difference between input and output required to ensure the normal operation of a DC stabilized power supply.

(4) Output load current range
