If at day, make sure the IR is off (if IR is on,screen is black and white or the screen is colored)
If at night, make sure you have turned on the IR,press IR up (if IR is on,screen is black and
white).
Adjust the focus by slowing turning the Focus wheel . Make sure it is focused.
