How to maintain and upkeep gas detectors
As is well known, gas detectors are instruments and tools for detecting gas leakage concentration, mainly using gas sensors to detect the types of gases present in the environment. Gas sensors are sensors used to detect the composition and content of gases. However, regardless of the type of gas detector, its maintenance is worthy of everyone's attention in order to effectively extend the service life of the gas detector.
Maintain the gas detector properly:
1. Check the gas flow rate. Excessive or insufficient flow rate has a significant impact on the analyzer results
2. Replacing filter paper: Stop the air pump and drain the filter tank
3. Check for any air leakage in the pneumatic system. Whether the diaphragm of the sobbing pump is damaged, whether the sealing ring of the sampling probe is broken, whether the four-way valve and condensate are damaged, etc
4. Cleaning of sampling probe and unblocking of sampling hole pipeline
5. Check if the condenser is working properly, usually adjusting the temperature within the range of 3 degrees Celsius
6. Check the measuring chamber for dirt and clean it promptly.
So, it is impossible for a sensor to detect all gases and meet all requirements. The sensors used for various gases and environments are also different. Confirm the type and concentration range of the gas to be detected, determine the usage situation, and then choose the gas detector you need.
