2. 3. On the other side, the plastic is melted and injected into an arc-shaped vial (level bubble). The injected vial only needs to be sealed at one end, and an opening is left at the other end.
4. The vials are sent to the mechanical claw through the vibrating disc feeder. The mechanical claw holds each vial and rotates to turn the opening upward, and injects a yellow mixed liquid into the vial (the composition is: ethylene glycol + alcohol + water + glycerin ), each vial is filled with the same amount of liquid, leaving only the space needed for the formation of air bubbles.
5. The mechanical claw covers the vial with a plastic cap, and the plastic cap is welded to the vial by an ultrasonic welding machine to seal the liquid in the vial.
6. The horizontal bubbles with bubbles will be photographed by the camera, and the computer will automatically detect the size and position of the bubbles to judge whether it is qualified.
7. Roll the vial on the machine, and thermally transfer the two indicator lines onto the vial. At this time, the vial needs to be inspected again, because the deviation of the position of the bubble will directly affect the accuracy of the spirit level. The vial that passes the inspection will enter the solid welding system, and the molten plastic will be injected into the gap to form the base of the level bubble.
8. Put the horizontal bubbles with base into the openings of the wooden strips and fix them with glue. Each horizontal bubble must be placed completely horizontally. During the installation process, it is necessary to use enlarged images to ensure accuracy.
9. Install an acrylic outer frame on the outside of the horizontal bubble to protect the horizontal bubble, and install rubber caps with screws at both ends, and print the trademark on the wooden strip. The entire horizontal ruler
