1. Digital horizontal ruler to measure verticality
Hold the 2m ruler at the center, and place it on the wall that is the same height as your waist (when the height of the wall is less than 2m, use a 1m ruler to measure). Height; display the specified reading according to the scale meter (when using a 2m ruler, take the upper reading, when using a 1m ruler, take the lower reading). The verticality of the yin and yang angles should also be detected: when detecting the yang angle, the distance between the detection ruler and the outer angle is required to be no more than 50mm; when the inner angle is detected, the distance between the detection ruler and the inner angle is required to be no more than 100mm.
2. Digital level to measure flatness
(1) Measure the flatness of the wall: the side of the ruler is close to the surface to be measured, and the size of the gap is detected with a wedge-shaped feeler gauge. Three points should be detected, that is, a vertical point, and cross 45° left and right in its original position. One-point, take the average of its three points. The correct reading of the flatness value is determined by inserting a wedge-shaped feeler gauge into the largest gap. However, if the hand is placed in the middle of the ruler plate, or the two hands are placed on the 1/3 of the two ends respectively, the test should be carried out at the end. Head minus 100mm to find the maximum reading. In addition, if you put your hand on one end of the measuring ruler, the flatness of the other end should be measured, and 1/2 of the value should be taken as the actual measurement result.
(2) Measuring ground flatness: When detecting ground flatness, it is basically the same as the method of detecting wall flatness, but still three points should be detected at each location, that is, one point in the straight direction, and cross 45° left and right in its original position. - - point, take the average of its three points. However, when there are ribbons and door openings, they should be detected through them.
