2. After the inspection, confirm to turn over the warning sign according to the regulations. The warning sign should be hung at a reliable place at the entrance of the work site. Other personnel are not allowed to flip the warning sign. At the same time, avoid being affected by other reasons. The staff can only enter the work site when they see the green side. The on-duty production supervisor shall supervise and inspect the work of the on-duty inspectors to ensure the effective implementation of these regulations;
3. Place the probe of the portable gas detector in the environment to be tested. When the gas to be tested leaks, the value displayed on the concentration becomes larger. When the alarm setting value is exceeded, the alarm indicator lights up and an alarm sounds. When the leakage source is reached, the value displayed on the concentration display screen of the gas detector increases, and the reading is recorded;
4. When the battery of the portable gas detector prompts that the battery is low, it means that the battery is almost out of power, and the power should be turned off in time, and the battery should be charged with a charger. Each charge is 10-14 hours;
5. Charging method: Plug the power charger into the AC220V power socket, then insert the charging plug into the charging socket of the detector, then turn on the power switch of the four-in-one gas detector to charge the detector, and the green working light is on. The battery light flashes and the display shows '----', after charging is complete, turn off the power switch and unplug the charger.
