How to use contact thickness gauge
Contact laser thickness gauge is an online testing equipment, mainly used for online testing of plate thickness. Measuring principle
Each measuring unit of the contact laser thickness gauge is composed of two contact linear displacement sensors up and down. When the plate passes through the middle of the two sensors, the measuring rod of the displacement sensor floats up and down. Calculate the thickness dimension of the plate through its floating distance.
In practical applications, in order to protect the contact of the sensor, the pressure wheel is generally in direct contact with the plate, and the pressure wheel floats up and down to drive the sensor measuring rod to expand and contract to realize the measurement of the plate thickness.
Composition of equipment
Contact laser thickness gauge mainly includes thickness gauge, small control cabinet, embedded industrial computer, printer, sound and light alarm and other parts.
The basic measurement function of the thickness gauge is completed by the thickness gauge, which is equipped with 3 pairs of displacement sensors, which can measure the thickness of 3 positions at the same time. At the same time, the thickness gauge is equipped with a rotary encoder, which can monitor the size in the length direction, and each sheet can measure the thickness of 9 points at a fixed position.
The embedded industrial computer is the data processing unit of the thickness gauge, which mainly completes data collection, processing, display, storage, printing, and post-data query, statistics, and analysis.
