How to use high and low voltage clamp-on ammeter quickly find leakage fault points
1. First-end measurement and judgment. First, the distribution room (box) leakage circuit power outage. After the check that no voltage is clear, remove the circuit A, B and C and untie the zero line (N) (if there is no fuse for the circuit line, the zero line, including the zero line, and mark the phase sequence of the zero line and other phase lines). The four wires in parallel, take any phase of fire wire, so that the four lines are single fire power. At this time, the high and low voltage clamp ammeters can be used to measure the four wires respectively. If the measured line shows that the current value is large, while the value of other three lines is small or zero, it means that the current value has a serious leakage fault. If the four line measurement has a small reading, indicating that each phase has different degrees of leakage. No matter what the situation encountered, according to the current value of the first large after the small principle to gradually find the leakage fault point.
2. First rod of reconfirmed. After the leakage fault phase has been confirmed by the judgment at the first end of the distribution room (box), then use the insulation rod type clamp ammeter to use the base outlet rod, and confirm the serious leakage fault phase with large value again, and firmly remember the fault phase. Then gradually step to the receiving side along the fault phase.
3.T word branch search. When encountering the T-word branch line measurement and search, take the T-word branch rod as the benchmark, first measure the A1 point of the main line (the electric side direction), and then measure the A2 point of the branch line as the benchmark. If measured A1 main line measurement point leakage value is large, and A2 point no leakage display. It indicates that the leakage fault point is still in the back section of the main line, but not on the T-word branch line. 4. Search for the cross branches. When encountering the cross branch line measurement and search, take the cross branch bar as the reference, and first measure the A1 point of the main line (the direction of the receiving side). If there is no leakage display, then the fault point is in the A2 point (branch line "ten" side) or the A3 point (branch line "one" side). If there is leakage current at A2 and A3 points at the same time, it means that there is a multi-point grounding fault, and gradually find the leakage fault point according to the principle of current value first large and then small. And so on, step by step, and soon you will be able to find serious leakage fault points or users. This method is also very fast and accurate. Simulation of high and low voltage clamp ammeter:
