1. Press the combustible gas detector's power button, wait 30 to 60 seconds, and then go to step 2. Once the combustible gas detector is fully engaged, all the values on the display screen should be displayed normally.

2. Prior to use, the instrument needs to be calibrated. Before employing the instrument, it is vital to test its response to the standard gas to make sure it can truly function. Verify that the instrument returns to zero after each test. If not, it is necessary to reset the zero point in pure air to ensure correct analysis results.

3. Place the flammable gas detector in the environment that has to be found, then wait for around three minutes. The display screen will show the precise concentration value of combustible gas and its range when the combustible gas detector has fully detected the leakage concentration of combustible gas in the environment. 0-100% LEL. The combustible gas detector will sound a low alert if the measured flammable gas leakage concentration is greater than 25% LEL and less than 50% LEL. To help the on-site operator better control the combustible gas in the environment and achieve safe and effective production, the combustible gas detector will emit a high-frequency sound and light alarm warning signal if the concentration of combustible gas leakage is greater than 50% LEL.

4. After using the combustible gas detector, it's important to perform effective maintenance on it, which typically entails zeroing the value and cleaning the device, especially the head of the combustible gas detector. This is in addition to the regular shutdown, timely charging, and battery life. Because many on-site operation settings are fairly severe, it is important to remove the dust as soon as possible. Small particle dust can easily cause the sensor of the flammable gas detector to block and influence the sensitivity of the gas detector.
