① When using the portable gas detector, it should be worn as close to the mouth and nose as possible, such as the front neckline of clothes, jacket pockets, etc. It is strictly forbidden to place the alarm in the pockets and other places that are not easy to see, which will affect the detection value.
②Collision should be avoided as much as possible during use, resulting in abnormal detection data.
③The gas detector sensor and other components are precision components. Do not open the cover of the adjusted instrument casually. During use, attention should be paid to the entry of water and impurities to prevent abnormal data.
④If there are abnormal situations such as continuous flashing of the indicator light, no value display on the display screen, no action in the area where the gas obviously exceeds the standard, or large gap, etc., the operation should be stopped immediately, and the operation should be evacuated to the fresh air area to observe the problem and eliminate it in time. , otherwise it is strictly forbidden to continue to use it.
⑤When the detection of various gases exceeds the standard, the state and company regulations shall be implemented:
Concentration and operation time requirements for gas field operation (excluding confined spaces):
When the concentration of CO in the air is 24ppm, it can work normally;
When the concentration of CO in the air is 40ppm, it can work for 1 hour;
When the concentration of CO in the air is 80ppm, it can work for half an hour;
When the concentration of CO in the air is 160ppm, it is only allowed to work for 15 to 20 minutes, and the interval between each work is 2 hours.
Oxygen operation: The ambient oxygen content in the working area shall not be lower than 19.5%, the oxygen content in the limited space is generally 19.5% to 21%, and shall not exceed 23.5% in an oxygen-enriched environment.
Hydrogen Sulfide Operations:
When the hydrogen sulfide concentration is lower than 40ppm, you can wear a filter gas mask for operation, and indicate the applicable substances on the surface of the canister;
When the concentration of hydrogen sulfide is greater than 40ppm or the concentration is unknown or the concentration of sulfur dioxide is higher than 2ppm, positive pressure air breathing apparatus should be used;
It is strictly forbidden for anyone to enter the area that may contain hydrogen sulfide gas without wearing suitable protective equipment, and it is forbidden to remove the protective equipment in the toxic area.
⑥ If dizziness, tinnitus, vertigo, nausea, etc. occur during the operation, stop the operation immediately, and evacuate to the area with fresh air (pay attention to the air flow and choose the upper air outlet). save.
