How to use the socket tester
The socket tester is an instrument that can be used to detect whether the poles of the power socket are connected correctly and whether the leakage protection system is safe and effective.
In simple terms, the main function of the socket tester is to check whether the socket is working normally and whether it is safe.
(1) Check whether all levels of the power socket are connected correctly:
Insert the socket detector YW-331 into the socket of the corresponding specification (10A), observe the LED light on the instrument at the same time, and finally check the table according to the display of the LED light.
(2) Check whether the leakage protection system is safe and effective (RCD test):
When the test result of detecting the power socket is "correct connection", press the "RCD test" button, and the leakage switch should trip immediately; if there is no tripping phenomenon, it means that the leakage protection system is invalid, and you need to contact a professional for maintenance. Don't start it yourself.
