The soldering station's service life and welding quality will both be impacted by improper operation. To achieve this, we must prudently employ a soldering station and an electric soldering iron.
1. Switch on the electricity and modify the temperature knob. The indicator light will always be on when the temperature does not reach the predetermined value; after waiting for some time for the temperature to reach the predetermined value, the indicator light will turn off.
2. During the welding operation, the soldering station's temperature can be changed. When solder is hard to melt, the temperature needs to be raised suitably. It is between 300 and 400 degrees.
3. Rosin is a flux, and when used properly, it can enhance the effectiveness and quality of welding. When lines that are challenging to solder are encountered, rosin can be used effectively.
4. Tin the top of the soldering pen before using it to heat the solder junction and then feed the solder throughout the welding operation.
5. Cover the welding pen with tin to protect it after the welding is finished.
