Soldering can be used to solder iron, so how can we solder it more firmly?
1. In fact, the surface of iron is rapidly oxidized. The most important thing is to pay attention to the fact that it is easy to cause infiltration with welding, so false welding occurs and it is not easy to weld firmly.
2. Solder paste is usually available in hardware stores. This kind of solder paste for engineering cannot be used for soldering circuit boards, because it is acidic and may corrode circuit boards, but soldering irons are very useful.
3. The welding point must have sufficient mechanical strength to ensure that the welded part will not fall off and loosen when it is subjected to vibration or impact. Do not use too much solder to accumulate, which is easy to cause virtual soldering, short circuit between solder joints and solder joints.
4. The welding is reliable and has good electrical conductivity, and virtual welding must be prevented. False welding means that the solder and the surface of the welded part do not form an alloy structure. It simply attaches to the metal surface being welded.
5. The surface of the solder joint should be smooth and clean. The surface of the solder joint should have a good luster, and there should be no burrs, voids, and no dirt, especially the harmful residues of the flux. The appropriate solder and flux should be selected.
