How tool microscopes work and are used
1. Imaging method: Imaging method is a measurement method that uses the markings of a central microscope to aim and locate the imaging method. When measuring, it is usually necessary to first aim the edge of the image of the measuring piece with the (meter line) marking board, and then read the value on the reading microscope. Then, move the workbench to aim the other side of the image of the measuring piece with the same marking line, and make a second reading. The difference between two readings is the measured value of the object being measured.
2. Axis cutting method: Axis cutting method is a measurement method that uses the marking of a central microscope to aim and locate the object through the axis of the measuring piece and the marking on the measuring knife. The measuring knife is an accessory of the Wan Gong Display. There is a engraved line on its surface, with two sizes of 0.3 and 0.9 millimeters from the engraved line to the cutting edge. When measuring, place the measuring knife on the measuring knife pad, and the engraved surface passes through the axis of the measuring piece, making the cutting edge of the measuring knife tightly contact the measured surface. Aim with the corresponding meter line, measure the distance between the engraved lines of the two measuring knives, and indirectly measure the measured value of the measured piece. In order to avoid calculations during measurement, two sets of four symmetrically distributed parallel lines are engraved on both sides of the vertical Mizi line in the middle. The distance between each set of lines and the center line is 0.9 and 2.7 millimeters, respectively, which is exactly three times the distance between the cutting edge of the measuring tool and the line, which is 0.3 and 0.9 millimeters. When aiming with a 3x objective, the 0.9mm and 2.7mm markings on the dividing plate exactly press against the 0.3mm and 0.9mm markings on the measuring blade. At this point, the edge of the measuring blade is precisely aimed at by the middle marking of the meter line. Mainly used for measuring the pitch diameter of threads.
3. Contact method: The contact method is a measurement method that uses the marking of the central microscope and the double lines connected to the measuring point, line, and surface of the measuring piece's universal display accessory - the optical hole gauge - for aiming and positioning. When measuring, place the measuring head of the optical hole gauge tightly against the surface of the component (inner and outer). When measuring the aperture, first make the measuring head in contact with the inner hole of the measuring piece to obtain the maximum chord length. Then, place the middle marking line of the meter shaped line in the middle of the optical hole gauge's double line sleeve, and read a number under the reading microscope; Then change the measurement direction so that the measuring head is in contact with the measuring piece on the other side, and also ensure that the middle engraved line of the rice line dividing plate is still covered in the middle by the double sets of lines of the optical hole gauge. Read another number on the reading microscope. The difference between two readings, plus the actual value of the measuring head diameter, is the inner dimension of the measuring piece. If the actual value of the measuring head diameter is subtracted, it is the outer dimension of the measuring piece.
