Installation of pH sensor
1. Installation angle
The installation angle of the pH electrode. When installing the pH electrode, try to keep it as vertical as possible, and the included angle with the horizontal plane is not less than 15°. This is to prevent the formation of bubbles in the electrode due to the inclination of the solution and the inability to develop a normal membrane potential.
2. Installation location
The installation position of the current sensor includes a pH meter installed on the pulp outlet pipe, a pH measuring device with a conical measuring tank, and a pH measuring device with a horizontal measuring tank. The device is directly installed on the circulating slurry pipe of the absorption tower. This method uses the pressure of the circulating slurry in the tower to automatically discharge without additional power, but the impact force is large, so a valve is installed near the pH sensor to reduce the pressure. Still, the pH sensor is heavily worn.
