Introduction to common problems and solutions of microscope

 

First, the microscope light bulb is not bright
1. Check whether the power cord is loose and the socket is normal.


2. Check whether the fuse is blown (the fuse is mostly at the power interface of the fuselage), and replace the fuse if it is blown.


3. Replace the spare light bulb, and be careful not to touch the light bulb directly with your fingers during the replacement.


Second, the microscope can't focus on imaging
1. Check whether the focusing and limiting mechanism is not well adjusted, resulting in insufficient working distance.


2. Check whether the sample is upside down. If the cover glass is facing down, the working distance is not enough at high magnification.


Third, the imaging is clear at low magnification, but fuzzy at high magnification.
1. At high magnification, there are higher requirements for sample thickness and flatness.


2, biological 100 times the mirror should pay attention to whether there is oil dripping and whether the objective lens is clean.


3. When switching to the high power lens, the aperture stop on the condenser lens is correspondingly enlarged.


Fourth, the field of vision appears bright and uneven
Check whether the optical path is aligned before the microscope is used.


Five, the light bulb has been lit, but the eyepiece view is all black.
1. Check whether the objective lens is turned into the optical path, whether the field stop and aperture stop are too small, and whether the optical path is centered.


2. Check whether the three-eye eyepiece and the video switching lever are in the video position.


Sixth, the brightness of the field of vision is dark
1. Whether the field stop and aperture stop are set too small.


2. Whether the light path is adjusted in place (condenser, diaphragm, filament).


3. Whether polarizing and phase difference components are used.


Seven, there is a black edge in the eyepiece field of vision
1, check whether the field diaphragm is too small;


2. Whether the optical path is centered (condenser, diaphragm, filament);


3. Whether the objective turntable is in place;


4. Whether the eyepiece barrel and the fuselage are locked accurately.


Eight, synchronization problem, when using the camera to observe, the eyepiece observation is clear, but the computer display image is blurred.
1. Adjust the height of the interface or interface lens to achieve synchronization.


2. Try to adjust the diopter of the eyepiece if the adjustment interface cannot be completely synchronized.
