Introduction to Constant Current Power Supply Characteristics of Constant Current Power Supply

Introduction to Constant Current Power Supply: Stable current power supplies usually use double-layer windings. The effective part of the coil includes two effective edges, left and right. The effective edge placed inside the slot and close to the slot is called the upper edge, and the effective edge near the bottom of the slot is called the lower edge. Separate the upper and lower layers of the same slot with insulating paper. The distance between the two effective edges of the same coil in the circumferential direction is the span of the coil, usually expressed as a multiple of the slot distance (the distance between adjacent slots). The span is approximately equal to one pole distance (the distance between adjacent magnetic poles, also commonly expressed as a multiple of the slot distance).

Introduction to Constant Current Power Supply
Stable current power supplies typically use double-layer windings. There are three types of DC armature windings: stacked winding, wave winding, and frog winding. The two output terminals of each coil are connected to the two commutator plates of the commutator, and the distance between the two on the circumferential surface of the commutator is called the commutator pitch, represented by Ys. Different forms of windings have different commutator pitches. In fact, whether it is a constant voltage power supply or a power supply, they are essentially the same. Their outputs are both voltage and current. The power supply can only control one of the two quantities, either stabilizing voltage or current, and the other quantity must be determined by the load resistance. The load resistance is determined by the user, so there must be one of the two output quantities of the power supply that is determined by the user. This is in line with logic, Ohm's law, and can only be used by the user. There is no such thing as a power supply that can provide both output voltage and output current
