The high and low voltage clamp ammeter can be used as a high and low voltage current transformer transformation ratio tester and a zinc oxide arrester tester. That is to measure the current of the primary and secondary circuits of the current transformer respectively, and then calculate the transformation ratio or converted transformation ratio of the current transformer. Note: Since the leakage current of the arrester after it is put into operation should be less than 500uA, the operation of the arrester can be judged according to the leakage current of the arrester. Stained or damp or aging, the greater the leakage current, the more serious the stain or damp or aging.
