The application of infrared thermometers in the high-frequency welding industry guides the welding industry. The temperature is one of the key parameters related to the welding quality. It is very important. Controlling the appropriate welding temperature is crucial to ensure the welding quality.


The non-contact infrared thermometer provides an effective technical means for welding online temperature monitoring.


Infrared thermometer can be used to realize online welding temperature measurement, and can further constitute automatic welding temperature control system.


According to the characteristics of short welding time, fast heating speed, and small welding target when alloy saw blade welding machine is welding saw teeth, the online infrared thermometer dedicated to welding machine is more and more widely used in alloy saw blade welding technology.


In particular, the single-fiber bidirectional realizes laser aiming and temperature measurement on one optical fiber without interference, making temperature measurement and aiming excellent coaxial. Accurate aiming at the measured target is realized.


Due to the accurate aiming, it is convenient for the user to grasp the temperature distribution of the measured object at all times. Especially suitable for measurement objects with small heat capacity.


The industrial welding thermometer is designed to meet the special requirements of the welding industry. The progress made in optics, mechatronics, and digital circuits is as follows:


1. In terms of optics: use a specific optical lens for the thermometer, the distance is large, the laser spot is small and strong, and the combined prism reflection type aiming method is used to achieve true coaxial laser aiming, making the measurement and positioning more accurate.


The optical lens with large distance coefficient can measure the minimum target of 1mm, and the temperature measurement range of 400-2200 ℃ can better meet various special site needs.


2. In terms of electromechanical and appearance: use coaxial laser to aim at the smallest infrared thermometer, adopt the design of optical electromechanical integration, greatly reduce the volume, and meet the installation requirements of the welding industry in a small space.


3. Digital circuit: full digital circuit design, high linearization of temperature curve, ensuring high measurement accuracy, consistency and repeatability;


High-precision single-chip microcomputer and A/D can meet the temperature measurement during welding of different materials, ultra-fast response time, standardized analog output, and direct communication with PLC for closed-loop control.


The matrix of diamond saw blades has high requirements on mechanical properties, and different tempering temperatures have an important impact on the strength and toughness of the base steel, as well as on the reduction of area and elongation;


In order to obtain good mechanical properties and avoid accidental failures during use, temperature control plays a vital role in the production process.


In the past, the welding machine mainly adopted time control in terms of temperature control. When using time control, the voltage is unstable and the voltage fluctuates, which will cause the temperature of the cutter head to change;


The tightness, height, and angle of the cutter head and the fixture will affect the temperature control accuracy, and the time control cannot directly reflect the temperature change of the cutter head, but the temperature control can clearly reflect the temperature change during the production process.


It can be seen that the use of temperature control is the development trend of the welding machine, which is far more advanced than time control in terms of technology.
