Usage of laser level
There are many types of spirit levels, and laser spirit levels are one of them. Laser spirit levels, also known as infrared spirit levels or laser spirit levels, rely on shooting a beam of laser to measure the level. The use of a laser level is not difficult:
1. Place the laser level on the reference plane or tripod and turn on the switch.
2. The laser level will emit two red lasers, one horizontal and the other vertical. By adjusting the position of the lamp mouth, different lines can be drawn to make the vertical laser line fall in the desired position.
3. After the bubble on the laser level is completely stationary, check the position of the level bubble. If the bubble on the level is biased towards one side, it indicates that the other side is higher. That is, it is necessary to lower the height on that side or increase the height on the opposite side, and adjust the bubble to the center position.
4. After completing the operation, turn off the switch, carefully place the laser level and wait for the next use.
Precautions for using infrared level
1. The use of infrared level should pay attention to following the correct method to avoid strong vibration or falling, which may affect or damage the accuracy of the level.
2. The level should be avoided from being submerged in water or placed in rainy and humid areas for a long time during use and storage.
3. The laser output window of the laser level should be kept clean. Regularly use a clean soft cloth or cotton swab dipped in alcohol to gently wipe it clean. Failure to clean for a long time can cause the laser line to be dark or uneven in brightness.
4. When using an infrared level, attention should be paid to avoiding people within the measurement range and not looking directly at the emitted laser.
5. Long term use of laser level requires calibration before use.
6. If the level is damaged, please do not disassemble or repair it yourself to avoid more serious damage. A dedicated person should be appointed for repair or contact the manufacturer's after-sales repair service.
7. An infrared level that meets the safety level standards for laser radiation should be used.
