Introduction to single wire principle and application of DC power supply
A DC power supply is a device that maintains a constant current in a circuit. Such as dry batteries, rechargeable batteries, DC generators, etc.
Application scope of DC power supply:
The DC power supply system is suitable for large power plants, hydropower plants, ultra-high voltage substations, and unmanned substations as a control, signal, protection, automatic reclosing operation, emergency lighting, and DC oil pump;
DC power supply for various DC operating mechanisms, secondary circuit instruments, control AC uninterruptible power supply for automation devices, and other electrical devices.
The single wire principle of DC power supply:
The DC power supply consists of four units: charging screen, feeder screen, battery, and DC voltage converter.
The charger screen consists of several power modules and a microcomputer monitoring system. The maximum configuration for a single cabinet is 160A. If a larger output current is required, multiple cabinets can be connected in parallel.
The feeder screen is equipped with a microcomputer insulation online monitoring device, which can display the branch number and grounding resistance of a certain location when a grounding accident occurs in a certain feeder branch.
The battery screen can be equipped with a microcomputer battery inspection device to monitor the battery status at any time.
The DC voltage transmitter can use a high-frequency DC transmitter, which can firmly stabilize the output voltage of the control line bus at 220V when the closing bus voltage fluctuates between 180-300V.
