Judging the quality of industrial online pH meters
From a usage perspective, the quality judgment of industrial online pH meters is mainly reflected in:
1. Accuracy: An industrial online pH meter without accuracy has no use value. The way to judge is to use a high-precision instrument to determine the stability of the online pH meter. You can place the same industrial online pH meter in a stable solution for a long time and look at the value. Whether it changes and how much it changes; on the other hand, for the stability of multiple industrial online pH meters, put several calibrated industrial pH meters of the same model into the same stable solution to see if the readings are consistent and what is the error? Stability cannot be guaranteed between models of industrial online pH meters, so it is difficult to ensure the accuracy and stability of each industrial pH meter.
3. Common error adjustment: Temperature is the most obvious factor causing pH error. The presence or absence of a temperature probe and the sensitivity of the temperature probe also affect the use of industrial online pH meters.
4. Easy to operate and beautiful interface: It is relatively easy for users to judge this aspect. Some old-style industrial online pH meters use analog switches, which makes calibration difficult. Small changes are not easy to detect and can easily produce fatal system errors. On the other hand, considering cost and technical reasons, many instruments use LED digital tubes, and the display content is not rich enough. Of course, some manufacturers have made up for this shortcoming through certain channels. At present, the most commonly used interfaces for convenient operation are generally LCD liquid crystal display and keyboard operation humidity sensor probe, stainless steel electric heating tube, PT100 sensor, fluid solenoid valve, cast aluminum heater, and heating ring.
5. Advantages and disadvantages of PH electrode: There is no doubt about this. The performance of the electrode directly affects some technical indicators of the industrial online PH meter. No matter how superior the industrial online PH meter is equipped with inferior electrodes, it will not help.
6. Safety: In recent years, more and more customers have begun to pay attention to operational safety. A well-designed industrial online pH meter using a lower safety voltage input can greatly improve safety performance.
