Laser Confocal Microscope Uses and Applications

 

Observation and study of tissue sections, characteristics of growth and development of living cells, research and determination of intracellular material transport and energy conversion.


Cell morphology analysis (observation of cell or tissue internal microstructure, such as: intracellular mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, microtubules, microfilaments, cellular bridges, chromosomes and other subcellular structure of the morphology of the characteristics; semi-quantitative ** fluorescence analysis); fluorescence in situ hybridisation studies; gene localization studies and three-dimensional reconstruction analysis.
