Thickness gauge is an online detection of the thickness of the size of the equipment, now commonly used thickness gauge for the laser thickness gauge, non-contact measurement equipment, but also not subject to the influence of the rolling material and temperature, the thickness of the detection of a wider range of applications.

Operating instructions: The device uses a touch screen design, power check after no error, press the switch, power on and off, into the main interface. The main interface contains nominal value (model), alarm indication, measurement value, measurement start-stop key and setting key.


"Model" is the nominal size of the workpiece to be measured. If the nominal value of the workpiece changes, click the value behind "Model" to enter the "Model Setting" interface for modification. "Alarm Indication" is used to indicate the switch state of alarm. "Measured value" is the value obtained by the device after measuring and calculating the measured workpiece, when the measured value is within the tolerance range, the green colour indicates the value, when the measured value exceeds the tolerance, the red colour indicates the measured value. The "Start/Stop" button is the switch between "Start Measurement" and "Stop Measurement" of the device. "Setting" button, for equipment system parameters editing and modification.


Laser thickness gauge is a very practical equipment, its upper and lower two laser sensors are installed in the C-shaped frame of the front of the upper and lower beams. The sensors are protected externally by a sturdy shield, in which the sensors are mounted to avoid impacts. Measurement is carried out by pressing the measurement switch. The control box is mounted at the rear end of the C-frame and is equipped with a touch screen for operating and displaying the data. The raw data measured by the sensor is transmitted to the control box for processing and calculation, and the calculation results are directly displayed on the LCD screen.
