Main performance acceptance and measurement methods of DC stabilized power supply


This power supply product is a general-purpose DC output stable power supply, and its performance regulations and test methods comply with the following regulations. When the requirements exceed these regulations, it should be clearly stated in the contract.


The main performance test precautions and test methods are as follows:
1) Precautions:


1) When measuring, the magnitude of the cumulative effect of all other influence quantities should be kept less than 1/10 of the specified magnitude of the measured effect.


2) The load is a variable influence quantity. When the load is continuously adjustable, it should be carried out at the minimum value and the maximum value (when the minimum value is zero, it should be carried out at 10% of the maximum value).


3) A four-terminal circuit should be used to separate the current terminal from the measurement terminal to reduce measurement errors.


4) When the power supply provides the measurement terminal, it should be carried out on the measurement terminal, and the test head of the digital voltmeter must be inserted into the center hole of the terminal to the bottom.


5) When measuring the steady current power supply, the sampling resistor RM should be used so that the voltage drop on it is proportional to the current and should be less than 1/10 of the error limit of the measured effect, and the error caused by it should be considered in the error analysis. At the same time, the sampling resistor Resistor R M should use a four-terminal circuit to separate the current terminal from the measurement terminal to reduce measurement errors.


6) When the stable output of voltage or current is continuously adjustable, it should be carried out at the minimum value and maximum value (when the minimum value is zero, it should be carried out at 10% of the maximum value).


2) Test method
(1) Measurement of loading effects and period and random offsets.


1) The measurement of the load effect is the measurement of the variation of the voltage or current stable output due to the change of the load only.


2) The measurement of period and random offset is the measurement of the irregular fluctuation part (formerly known as ripple and noise) in the stable output of voltage or current. The measurement frequency range is: 10Hz~10MHz, and a single ground point must be used during measurement to avoid measurement errors.


3) It should be measured within a time interval of 1.5 seconds to 11.5 seconds after the load regulation is completed.


4) Measure the source voltage at 198 volts, 220 volts and 242 volts respectively.
