(6) Use the same standard gas as the observed gas to calibrate sensitivity, with the standard gas concentration being 60% of the detection instrument's full scale.
(7) To confirm the alarm concentration set point of the instrument, use a gas standard material that is 1.5 times the alarm concentration set value.
(8) The gas used in the verification must be either the standard gas generated by the standard gas distribution device certified by metrology, or the standard gas approved and promulgated by the metrology administrative department and provided by the unit with the corresponding standard material "License for Manufacture of Measuring Instruments."
(9) The apparatus used for testing consists of the following: gas standard material, flow controller, zero-point gas, stopwatch, decompression valve and gas circuit, calibration cover, insulation resistance meter, and stabilized power supply.
(10) The instrument should be calibrated on a regular basis, and the calibration interval shouldn't be longer than a year.
