Matters needing attention in the use of soldering iron tips and maintenance methods:

1) Before the soldering iron tip is powered on every day, remove the residual oxides, dirt or flux on the soldering iron tip; and remove the impurities in the heating body to prevent the soldering iron tip from being stuck with the heating element or sleeve. Always lock the soldering iron tip to keep it in place.

(2) When using, first set the temperature at about 200°C to preheat, and then set it to 300°C when the temperature reaches 300°C. When it reaches 300°C, it is necessary to add tin to the tin-stained part of the front end of the soldering iron tip in real time, and wait for 3~ After 5 minutes, test whether the temperature is standard, and then set it to the required working temperature.

(3) When soldering, do not forcefully pick or squeeze the soldering iron tip against the object to be welded, and do not use frictional welding, as this will not help heat conduction and may damage the soldering iron tip.

(4) Do not rub the tip of the soldering iron with objects with rough surfaces.

(5) Do not use fluxes containing chlorine or acid.

(6) Do not add any compound to the tin surface.

(7) When not in use for a long time, lower the temperature to below 200°C, and protect the tip of the soldering iron with tin, do not wipe it; only when soldering, wipe it on a wet sponge, and re-stain the tip with new tin share.

(8) After the day's work, when not soldering, wipe the tip of the soldering iron clean and re-stain the tip with new tin, store it on the soldering iron stand and turn off the power.

(9) If the tin-stained surface has been oxidized and cannot be stained with tin, or the oxide film is blackened due to flux and cannot be removed with a sponge, gently wipe it with 600-800 mesh sandpaper, and then wrap it with tin wire containing flux Warm the tinned surface that has been wiped, and then add tin again after the tin contacts and melts.

5. Renewal and maintenance of soldering iron tip:
(1) When replacing a new soldering iron tip, please make sure that the heating element is cold to avoid burning your hands.

(2) Turn the nut counterclockwise by hand to remove the sleeve. If it is too tight, use pliers to clamp it and turn it gently.

(3) Clear out the sundries in the heating body and replace it with a new soldering iron head. The heating method can be carried out according to the second sub-item (2) of the sixth item.

(4) If the soldering iron tip is stuck, do not pull it out forcefully to avoid damaging the heating element. At this time, you can spray the stuck part with rust remover and turn it gently with pliers.

(5) If the jamming is serious, please return it to the dealer.

6. General maintenance:
(1) The plastic casing or metal parts can be wiped with stain-removing oil in a cold state. Do not infiltrate any liquid or allow any liquid to intrude into the machine.

(3) Do not knock or hit the soldering iron to prevent the electric heating tube from being broken or damaged.

(4) If there is oxide on the soldering iron tip during operation, it must be cleaned and wiped immediately with asbestos.

(5) Asbestos must be kept moist and must be cleaned every 4 hours.

(6) If the soldering iron tip is oxidized, use 600~800 fine sandpaper to remove impurities, and then heat and cover it with tin; if this method still cannot eliminate the oxidation phenomenon, the soldering iron tip should be replaced immediately.
