How to store pH meter (acidity meter) electrodes:
Please store the electrode in 3mol/L potassium chloride solution (3M KCl) when not in use; it can be stored in pH7.00 buffer for a short period of time. Leaving the pH meter (acidity meter) electrode dry or soaked in distilled water for a long time will shorten the service life of the electrode.

After using the pH meter (acidity meter) electrode for a period of time, if you find that the slope becomes lower and the response speed becomes slower, you can try the following methods.
1. If the measurement sample contains protein, pepsin/hydrochloric acid washing solution (ME51340068) can be used to clean the electrode membrane.
2. If the measurement sample is oily/organic liquid, it can be rinsed with acetone or ethanol.
3. If the junction of the pH meter (acidity meter) electrode is found to be dirty and black, you can use mercaptan cleaning solution (ME51340070) to clean the junction.
4. Activation of electrode membrane.
Activation method: Soak the pH meter (acidity meter) electrode regeneration solution (ME51340073) for 30 seconds, then soak in 3mol/L KCl solution for 5 hours
