Microscope concentrator lift mechanism troubleshooting guide

(1)The lifting mechanism of straight Olympus microscope concentrator has: 1. Celluloid washer 2. big head screw 3. eccentric toothed rod set 4. toothed rod 6. lifting handwheel 7. double-eye nut adjustment, one hand with a double-eye nut wrench inserted into the handwheel end face of the double-eye nut, the other hand with a screwdriver inserted into the other end of the big head screw slot, and tighten it can be stopped from slipping.

(2) oblique cylinder Olympus microscope spotter lifting mechanism:
When adjusting, first use a screwdriver to withdraw the stationary screw in the middle of the double-eye nut for 1 to 2 turns, the bearing washer is a press fit with the stationary screw, therefore, it will also withdraw with it and detach from the end face of the toothed rod. Then, use a double eye nut spanner to turn the double eye nut in towards the adjustment seat. At the same time, use the other hand to turn the handwheel, test, until the lifting mechanism is suitable for loosening and tightening, and can stay in any position, before stopping the double-eye nut screwed in. * After, and then the resident screw into, so that the bearing washer contact tooth rod on the line.

The reason why this adjustment can eliminate the problem is because the inner hole of the adjustment seat is tapered. The tapered bushing is slotted in the axial direction. When the double-eyed nut 1 is screwed inward, the conical bushing is pushed inward, so that when the conical bushing is moving forward, the slots become smaller and the bore shrinks, clamping the tooth rod more tightly and increasing the frictional resistance of the gear rotation, thus stopping the automatic descending
