The white LED lighting fixture is suitable for bright field observation, and users can choose between 12V50W halogen lamps or white LED light sources according to their observation purposes and work.
The LV-UEP1 microscope is equipped with a universal downfall illumination device, which can also perform bright field, dark field, simple polarization, and DIC observations. When switching from bright field observation to dark field observation, the lighting fixture will automatically open the field of view and aperture stop. When returning to the bright field, the lighting fixture automatically restores the previous field of view and aperture condition.
The LV-UEP2 microscope universal epifluorescence illumination device can perform epifluorescence observation in addition to bright field, dark field, simple polarization, and DIC. The linkage structure between the lighting fixture and the shutter, field of view, and aperture stop automatically sets the optimal lighting conditions. This feature greatly reduces the complexity of operating the measuring microscope, making it easier for users to focus their attention on observation.
The LV-UEP1 FA microscope is equipped with an optional prism assisted autofocus FA mechanism for better Z-axis measurement.

The workpieces we measure with microscopes vary in different factories, including large and small workpieces, so the microscope stage and platform also need to have different sizes.
The microscope provides various stages and supporting platforms specifically designed for metal microscopes: a 100 * 100mm stage; A wafer tray capable of loading 3/4-inch chip fixtures; A super large stage capable of using transparent light observation glass sheets.
