•Moisture measurement range and accuracy:
Wood: 5%-50%RH / ±2%; Building materials: 1.5%-33%RH / ±2%
•Place the probe tips on the surface carefully, do not apply force.
•Handle the device carefully when the protective cap has been removed. The probes can cause injuries if used improperly.
•To locate a leak in the wall, make measurements at different locations. The leak is where the tool displays the highest reading.
•After subjecting the meter to a large change in ambient temperature, wait at least 30 minutes before making measurements to guarantee the accuracy of readings.
• To ensure the accuracy of the measured data, the probe of the instrument should be inserted into the measured material and kept in good contact.
1.Press the button 7 briefly and the tool will automatically enter the wood moisture detection mode, the icon j will appear on the screen. Press and hold the button 7 to enter the building material moisture measurement mode. The icon k will appear on the screen. Select the corresponding mode according to the measured object.
2.Press down the end of the pin cap 10 to remove the pin cap;
3.Remove the protective sleeve from test pin.
4.Insert the test pin tip into the material to be tested. The moisture value will be displayed on the screen;
5.Press briefly the button 7 to freeze the moisture value on the screen. The icon i will appear on the screen and the moisture value will be displayed all the time until the button 7 is pressed again.
