Multi-functional high-sensitivity inductive test pencil
At present, the commercially available test pencil consists of metal contacts, large resistance drop resistors and neon tubes. When in use, the metal contact at the front end needs to be in contact with the point to be measured, and the metal body at the end of the pen needs to be touched with fingers or palms. Although the method of use is not complicated. But there are still many people who can't use it correctly, especially in rural areas. For this reason, the author made an inductive electric measuring pen by using the commonly used components at hand. After actual use, the effect is better, and the main advantages are as follows:
(1) No need to touch the metal part of the measured point during detection, just close to the detection point;
(2) There is no requirement for the handheld mode, which is safe and convenient;
(3) While detecting whether the measured point is electrified, also detect whether the measured point has a fever phenomenon, that is, indirectly detect whether there is any problem with the line connector or wire rod, so that the user can deal with it as soon as possible;
(4) The sensitivity of electricity and temperature measurement is high, and the structure is simple and the cost is low. The inductive electrometer pen integrates the functions of electricity measurement, temperature measurement and lighting, and is mainly composed of an induction amplifier circuit, a temperature comparison circuit, an indicator light and a battery.
