Operation of a four-in-one gas detector
In response to the needs of environmental protection work, gas detectors in the market are becoming increasingly diverse. One of them is the four in one gas detector, which can simultaneously detect oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, and combustible gases. It has important applications in agriculture, chemical industry, construction, electricity, fire protection, natural gas, steel industry, petroleum and petrochemical, sewage treatment and other fields. So how to use a four in one gas detector?
Instructions for using a four in one gas detector:
1. Before entering the work area, a safety confirmation must be carried out; Only after confirming that there are no safety hazards can one enter the working face for inspection. When the detection instrument alarms, the working face should be evacuated in a timely manner and the detection should be carried out after forced ventilation for more than half an hour. The testing personnel must write the test results of the work site on the confirmation form and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the test data.
2. After inspection, confirm the flipping of the warning sign according to regulations. Warning signs should be hung at a reliable location at the entrance of the work site. Other personnel are not allowed to flip the warning signs and avoid being affected by other reasons; Staff are allowed to enter the work site only when they see the green surface. The on duty production supervisor shall supervise and inspect the work of the on duty inspectors to ensure the effective implementation of this regulation.
3. Place the probe in the test environment. When there is a gas leak, the concentration displayed will increase. When it exceeds the alarm set value, the alarm indicator light will light up and an alarm sound will be emitted. When the probe moves to the leakage source, the concentration display screen of the four in one gas detector will display numerical values.
4. How to use a four in one gas detector? When the battery level of the four in one gas detector is low, it indicates that the battery is almost dead. The power should be turned off in a timely manner and the battery should be charged with a charger for 10-14 hours each time!
5. Charging method: Insert the power charger into the AC220V power socket, then plug the charging plug into the charging port of the detector, and turn on the power switch of the four in one gas detector to charge the detector. The green work light will light up, the battery light will flash, and the display screen will show. After charging is completed, turn off the power switch and unplug the charger.
6. When testing, it is necessary to maintain a minimum number of two people, one to operate and the other to supervise. A certain distance should be maintained between the front and back, and single person operation is strictly prohibited. When using a four in one gas detector, it is necessary to comply with the detection requirements, conscientiously carry out gas detection work, and remember the detection system, detection methods, and control standards.
