Oxygen gas detector calibration operation
For the detection of oxygen in the environment, Shanghai Zuoqiang Industrial supplies many products, such as oxygen detectors, oxygen detection tubes, dissolved oxygen meters, trace oxygen detectors, etc. Such detection products provided by Shanghai Zuoqiang Industrial , which can meet our requirements for detecting the oxygen content in various environments. This oxygen detector is one of them, which is mainly used to detect the concentration of oxygen in ordinary environments.
The oxygen detection alarm is a personal portable gas detection alarm. Its sensor uses an electrochemical sensor with sensitive response. It is suitable for continuously detecting the percentage concentration of oxygen in the ambient air of industrial and mining enterprises. When the ambient concentration is high, high High-limit and low-limit sound, light, and vibration alarms to warn on-site personnel to evacuate the dangerous area as soon as possible.
How to calibrate the oxygen detector, then let me tell you:
1. Keep the calibration environment of the gas detector stable and avoid the influence of drastic changes in temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, etc.
2. The detector is calibrated using the standard gas sample comparison calibration method, and the error at each point shall not exceed the specified value in the calibration regulations.
3. The flow rate of the standard gas must be strictly in accordance with the instructions. If the flow rate is too large or too small, it will affect the test results and cause measurement errors.
4. If the enterprise detector is left unused for a long time, 3% standard gas should be introduced to activate its catalytic element, and then 1% standard gas should be introduced for adjustment. Otherwise, the errors at each point will not be within the qualified range, resulting in Calibration failed.
5. The standard gas cover of the oxygen detector itself should be used. If an unreasonable standard gas cover is used, the values will be unstable and inaccurate.
6. When calibrating the oxygen detection alarm point, observe the sound and light alarm signals at the same time. If the alarm cannot alarm or the sound and light intensity of the alarm is low, it is an unqualified instrument.
