PH meter acidity meter to measure ph and the method and precautions
1, PH meter acidity meter measuring ph method:
(1)Take down the pen cap
(2)Press the on/off key, the machine display operation
(3)Put the ph meter into the liquid to be measured
(4) gently shake the ph meter to ensure that the bubble escapes, so that it is in full contact with the solution, do not collide with the wall of the glass
(5)The ph meter will display the value immediately, put the pen into the liquid to be measured to be stable value, within 30 seconds will display the correct value, (special: ph meter value up and down or unstable is a normal phenomenon)
(6)Press hold key to lock the value, it can be read outside the solution to be measured, continue to press hold key to release the lock.
(7)Press on/off key to turn off the ph meter.
(8) gently shake the PH meter test pen more than water, rinse with distilled water or deionised water, cover the pen cap to measure the temperature method in the test mode, the temperature value and the ph value is synchronously displayed on the LCD panel, but not in the calibration mode, the value defaults to the Celsius temperature.
2, PH meter acidity meter Precautions:
(1) Please avoid high temperature, direct light
(2)Please do not touch the sensor, if touch, please use ph for 7 buffer solution rinse
(3) After each use, please cover the pen cap
(4)Don't test too long in hot liquid
(5)Please rinse the sensor after using it in the solution with high TDS value.
(6) If the measurement range is very different from the ph solution, need to be rinsed in the ph of 7 buffer solution
(7) For optimal performance, use the best measurement accuracy at least once a month.
(8) Although unnecessary, the ph pen will be more accurate if calibrated before each use.
(9)Rinse with a buffer solution with a ph of 7 after each use.
(10)Be sure to shake out any air bubbles when using the pen.
(11)If there is a scratch on the sensor, it needs to be replaced immediately.
(12)If the reading is slow or unresponsive, the acid meter battery or sensor needs to be replaced If the ph pen is continuously used and calibrated, the performance will be affected, if the ph pen is operated in a suitable environment, press the temp/cal key, when the cal is blinking, press the temp/cal and hold key at the same time for 2 seconds, it will restart the calibration, and then it can be re-calibrated.
