Precautions for using DC regulated power supply

 

To prevent magnetic leakage interference, the distance between the voltage regulator and the equipment used should not be less than 2 meters. Various magnetic records, disks, cards, etc. should be kept 2 meters away from the machine to prevent accidental magnetization


2. A voltage regulator generally includes input terminals (A, B, C), output terminals (a, b, c, n), shielding, and iron core grounding terminals. These terminals are correctly connected in the voltage regulator system


3. If the load imbalance exceeds 20%, a resistive load should be connected in parallel with a light load to balance it. Similarly, if the imbalance of the input line voltage is greater than 10%, it will also affect the voltage regulation performance of the machine. At this time, a single-phase voltage regulator should be set at the input end to make the input line voltage basically balanced. The balance between the input voltage and the load should not exceed the above range, and the output line voltage imbalance should be ≤ 5%


When there is a short circuit in the load device, the user needs to shut it down for inspection, eliminate the short circuit fault, and then turn it on again


When the continuous working time is long, the machine has a certain temperature rise, and its indicated value will slightly decrease, slightly lower than the actual voltage value 6. It should be placed in a well ventilated location. If the ventilation conditions are poor, please install a ventilation fan indoors.
