Precision current-stabilized switching power supply features

 

Precision steady current switching power supplies have excellent electronic characteristics such as high precision and stable performance, as well as a series of advantages such as small size, light weight, high efficiency, and fast response speed. It has the functions of automatic switching between constant voltage and constant current working modes, overvoltage protection circuit, overheating protection circuit, and short circuit protection. For ease of use, pre-set and viewing functions for constant voltage value, constant current value, and overvoltage protection value have also been added. To adapt to the experienced use of capacitors by capacitor manufacturers, discharge and pulse aging functions can also be optionally selected.


Characteristics of Precision Steady Current Switching Power Supply
Output range: Output voltage 0-1000V, output current 0-500A, output power ≤ 10KW. Any voltage and current within this range can be selected


Stable voltage and current: The voltage and current values can be continuously adjusted from zero to the rated value, and the stable voltage and current automatically switch


Short circuit protection: allows for short circuit or short circuit startup in any working state. When the output short circuit occurs, the power supply will sound and light an alarm. When the short circuit is resolved, normal operation will resume


Overcurrent protection: The current protection value is continuously adjustable within the rated range. When the output current exceeds the set value, the power supply will issue an audible and visual alarm


Overvoltage protection: The voltage protection value is continuously adjustable within the rated range. When the power output voltage exceeds the voltage protection value, an audible and visual alarm will be issued, and the output will be turned off at the same time


Discharge function: for shutdown discharge of capacitive loads (optional)


Output display: LED digital tube display (standard)


Pulse operation: equipped with a time controller to form a DC pulse power supply (optional)


Intelligence: RS-485 interface, time controller, 0-10V (or 0-5V) external power control module, etc. (optional)
