1. The instrument cannot be turned on
When you encounter this problem, first plug in the charger to charge, and then turn it on. If it still cannot turn on after that, it may be out of power. Wait for a period of time and then try again;
2. The value of the detector jumps randomly
Confirm the fluctuation range of the detector, the error is normal if the error is 3%, if the value fluctuates too much, it is necessary to check whether the parameter setting is correct and whether the sensor contact is good;
3. There is no response after the gas is injected into the detector
In this case, first check whether the sensor is loose. The sensor has been disconnected from the motherboard for a long time. The instrument will have no display or full range for a period of time after it is plugged in. Wait for a while, and the instrument will return to normal;
4. The deviation between the displayed value and the actual value is too large
First evaluate the concentration of the target gas at the detection site. Generally, the concentration in the air is low, and the concentration in the pipeline or closed space is high. Then confirm whether the staff is using it correctly. The portable gas detector cannot seal the gas nozzle. The air pump needs to maintain suction;
5. When the value is 0 or the alarm value is not reached in the air, it will also alarm
Check whether the various alarm value parameters of the instrument have been modified, check whether the alarm mode and alarm mode have been modified, check whether the alarm status is a concentration alarm or other fault alarm, the words A1 or A2 will appear in the concentration alarm, and the red indicator light will flash.

Solution: Recalibration is required
2) The life of the sensor has expired, and the sensitivity of the instrument is low
Solution: The sensor needs to be replaced
2. There is gas on site, but the instrument does not respond
1) Gas interference
There are sulfides and silicides in the environment, which will poison the catalytic combustion sensor and cause no response.
2) Sensor damage or failure
Solution: need to replace a new sensor or module.
3) The circuit board is damaged
Generally, the microcontroller, op amp chip or signal board is damaged.
