From a usage perspective, the quality judgment of industrial online pH meters is mainly reflected in:
1. Accuracy: Industrial online pH meters without accuracy have no practical value. The way to determine the stability of online pH meters is to use high-precision instruments. The same industrial online pH meter can be placed in a stable solution for a long time to see if the value changes and the magnitude of the change; On the other hand, the stability of multiple industrial online pH meters requires placing several calibrated industrial pH meters of the same model in the same stable solution to see if the readings are consistent and what is the error. If stability cannot be guaranteed between several industrial online pH meters of the same model, it is difficult to ensure the accuracy and stability of each instrument's industrial pH meter.
2. Common error adjustment: Temperature is the most obvious factor causing pH error. The presence or absence of temperature probes and the sensitivity of temperature probes also affect the use of industrial online pH meters.
3. Convenient operation and beautiful interface: Users are relatively easy to judge in this regard. Some old-fashioned industrial online pH meters use analog switches, which makes calibration difficult, small changes are difficult to detect, and are prone to fatal system errors. On the other hand, considering cost and technology reasons, many instruments use LED digital tubes, which lack rich display content. Of course, some manufacturers have made up for this disadvantage through certain means. 4. Advantages and disadvantages of pH electrodes: There is no doubt that the performance of electrodes directly affects some technical indicators of industrial online pH meters, and even superior industrial online pH meters equipped with inferior electrodes are useless.
5. Safety: In recent years, more and more customers have begun to pay attention to operational safety, and well-designed industrial online pH meters using lower safety voltage inputs can greatly improve safety performance.
