Repairing floor scales, electronic scales using multimeter tips
I. Usage
1, before use, should carefully read the relevant instructions.
Familiar with the role of power switch, range switch, jacks and special jacks.
2, the power switch is placed in the ON position.
3, AC and DC voltage measurement: according to the need to range switch to DCV (DC) or ACV (AC) of the appropriate range, the red pen into the V / Ω holes, the black pen into the COM holes, and the pen and the measured line in parallel, the reading is displayed.
4, AC and DC current measurement: range switch to DCA (DC) or ACA (AC) of the appropriate range, the red pen inserted into the mA hole (<200mA) or 10A hole (>200mA), the black pen inserted into the COM hole, and will be connected in series in the circuit to be measured that is the multimeter.
When measuring direct flow, the digital multimeter should be connected in series in the circuit to be measured. When measuring direct flow, the digital multimeter can automatically display the polarity.
5, resistance measurement: the range switch to Ω range, the red pen into the V / Ω hole, the black pen into the COM hole. If the measured resistance value exceeds the maximum value of the selected range, the multimeter will display "1".
If the measured resistance value exceeds the zui value of the selected range, the multimeter will display "1", then a higher range should be selected. When measuring resistance, the red pen is positive and the black pen is negative, which is the opposite of the pointer multimeter. Therefore, when measuring transistors, electrolytic capacitors and other components with polarity, you must pay attention to the pen's
polarity.
Precautions for use
1,If the size of the measured voltage or current cannot be estimated in advance, it should be measured once by dialling to the highest range stop first, and then gradually reduce the range to a suitable position according to the situation. When the measurement is finished, the range switch should be set to the * high voltage block and the power should be switched off.
2,When the full range, the instrument only displays the number "1" in the highest position, and the other positions are disappeared, then you should choose a higher range.
3,When measuring voltage, the digital multimeter should be connected in parallel with the measured circuit. When measuring current, it should be connected in series with the measured circuit. When measuring current, the digital multimeter should be connected in series with the circuit to be measured, and when measuring direct flow, it is not necessary to consider positive and negative polarity.
4,When the AC voltage block is mistakenly used to measure DC voltage, or DC voltage block is mistakenly used to measure AC voltage, the display will show "000", or the number on the low position will appear to jump.
Prohibit the measurement of high voltage
(It is forbidden to change the range when measuring high voltage (above 220V) or high current (above 0.5A) to prevent arcing and burning the switch contacts.
6,When " ", "BATT" or "LOW BAT" is displayed, it means that the battery voltage is lower than the working voltage.
