Routine inspection before use of large tool microscope

Strict inspection and debugging are carried out in every step of instrument production and during factory inspection. However, due to the influence of various factors such as transportation, vibration, temperature, and environmental changes, the performance of the instrument will change. Necessary inspection and debugging must be carried out before use. Main items for instrument inspection:
1. During the installation and use of the instrument, the safety of the surrounding environment should be checked. The power supply, voltage, light source, grounding wire, etc. should be correct and firm and meet the requirements.

2. Inspection of the movement performance of the main components of the instrument: the instrument workbench, vertical and horizontal slide rails, micrometer, microscope arm guide rail lifting, angle measuring disk rotation and other components must be confirmed through visual observation and manual testing to confirm that the structural installation is reliable and the position Accurate, the running performance should be comfortable and intact, without looseness, blockage or sudden jump.

3. Inspection of goniometric eyepieces
a. Inspection of the zero position of the goniometric eyepiece: When the goniometric microscope is in the zero position, the horizontal line of the rice-shaped reticle of the goniometric eyepiece should be parallel to the moving direction of the X-axis slide, and the deviation should not be greater than 6 minutes.
Inspection method: Place the knife-edge square on the instrument workbench, raise and lower the microscope, and display a clear knife-edge image in the eyepiece field of view. Adjust the workbench so that the image of the right-angled long-side knife edge is parallel to the moving direction of the deviation. The deviation should be no more than 6 points.

b. Check the coincidence of the intersection point of the goniometric eyepiece crosshairs and its rotation center.
Inspection method: Place a cross reticle on the instrument workbench, adjust the instrument so that the crosshair image of the reticle clearly appears on the rice-shaped reticle of the goniometric eyepiece, and make the horizontal line image of the cross reticle coincide with the rice-shaped reticle. The horizontal lines of the reticle are parallel. Move the vertical and horizontal slides to make the intersections of the two crosses overlap. Then rotate the reticle to any position and observe the overlap of the intersections of the two crosses. There should be no obvious change in the overlap.

4. Check the verticality of the microscope arm along the column guide rail and the work surface
