Routine inspection of large tool microscope before use

 

In every link of instrument production and factory inspection, strict inspection and debugging are carried out. However, due to the influence of various factors such as transportation, vibration, temperature and environmental changes, the performance of the instrument has changed, so it is necessary to check and debug it before use. Main items of instrument inspection:


1, the installation and use of the instrument, to check the comprehensiveness of the surrounding environment, power supply, voltage, light bulb, grounding wire, etc. Is correct and firm, should meet the requirements.


2. Inspection of the movement performance of the main parts of the instrument: the workbench, longitudinal and transverse slide rails, micrometer, microscope arm rail lifting, angle dial rotation and other parts of the instrument must be confirmed by visual observation and manual test that the structure is installed reliably, the position is accurate, the running performance should be comfortable and intact, and there is no looseness, blockage and jerkiness.


3. Inspection of angle measuring eyepiece
A. Check the zero position of the angle measuring eyepiece: When the angle measuring microscope is at zero position, the horizontal line of the miter reticle of the angle measuring eyepiece should be parallel to the moving direction of the X-axis slide plate, and the deviation should not be greater than 6 points.
Inspection method: put the square ruler of the knife edge on the instrument workbench, lift the microscope, and present a clear knife edge image in the field of view of the eyepiece. Adjust the workbench so that the image of the right-angle long-side knife edge is parallel to the moving direction of the X-axis slide plate, rotate the miter reticle so that its horizontal line is parallel to the image of the right-angle long-side knife edge, observe whether the indication value of the microscope angle dial is zero, and read out its deviation. The deviation should be no more than 6 points.


B. Check the coincidence between the intersection point of the crosshair of the goniometer eyepiece and its rotation center.
Inspection method: put a reticle on the instrument workbench, adjust the instrument to make the reticle image clearly appear on the miter reticle of the goniometer eyepiece, and make the horizontal line image of the reticle parallel to the horizontal line of the miter reticle. Move the vertical and horizontal slide plates to make the intersection of the two reticle coincide, and then rotate any position of the miter reticle to observe the coincidence of the two reticle intersections. There should be no obvious change in the coincidence.


4. Check the verticality of the microscope boom along the column guide rail direction and the workbench surface.
