Several reasons for the beating of infrared thermometer data
There are many kinds of infrared thermometers, such as linear infrared thermometers, slider infrared thermometers, magnetostrictive infrared thermometers, laser infrared thermometers, etc. Among them, the linear infrared thermometer is more widely used. When we use this thermometer, data jumps often occur, which is mainly caused by the following reasons. Several reasons for the jumping data of the infrared thermometer:
First of all, if this happens, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of the connecting wire is damaged, and it is in regular contact with the shell of the machine to cause a short circuit to ground. Secondly, the neutrality of the linear infrared thermometer installed needs to be very good, but the parallelism can allow an error of ±0.5mm, and the angle can allow an error of ±12°. However, if both the parallelism error and the angle error are too large, the display numbers will jump. Then when such a situation occurs, the parallelism and angle must be adjusted.
Again, the three wires of the linear infrared thermometer cannot be connected incorrectly, and the power cord and output wire cannot be replaced. If the above wires are wrongly connected, there will be a large linear error, it will be difficult to control, the control accuracy will become very poor, and the display is prone to jumping and so on. In addition, FM interference and static interference may cause the digital display of the electronic scale of the linear infrared thermometer to jump.
Therefore, the signal line of the electronic scale and the strong current line of the equipment should be separated from the wire slot. The electronic ruler must be grounded compulsorily. Signal lines need to use shielded wires, and a section of the electric box should be grounded with the shielded wires. If there is high-frequency interference, usually the voltage measurement using a multimeter will show normal, but the displayed number will be beating continuously; and when there is static interference, the situation is the same as high-frequency interference. To prove whether it is static interference, you only need to use a piece of power cord to short-circuit the cover screw of the electronic scale with some metal on the machine. As long as the short-circuit is connected, the static interference will be eliminated immediately. . However, if you want to eliminate high-frequency interference, it is difficult to use the above method. You can try to suspend the high-frequency interference source to see if the display result will be better, so as to judge whether it is a high-frequency interference problem.
