Introduction of how to solder SMD components
SMD components are very difficult to solder with a soldering iron as ordinary components because of their small size. Instead, special solder paste is required for soldering. Welding SMD components under amateur conditions can go to the market to buy SMD solder paste. Now there are two common types in the market, one is the solder paste that has been adjusted, the trademark is God Welding, and the other is made of solder paste and blend The solder paste made by blending the agent, the trademark is big eye brand.
The welding method is: put the SMD components on the pad, and then apply the adjusted SMD solder paste on the contact between the component pin and the pad (be careful not to apply too much to prevent short circuit), and then use 20W internal heat Use a type electric soldering iron to heat the connection between the pad and the SMD component (the temperature should be 220~230°C), and you can remove the electric soldering iron after the solder is melted, and the soldering is completed after the solder solidifies. After welding, you can use tweezers to clamp the soldered SMD components to see if there is any looseness. If there is no looseness (should be very strong), it means that the welding is good. If there is any looseness, you should reapply some SMD solder paste and solder according to the above method.
