2, soldering iron welding steps
For the slightly larger heat capacity of the weldment, you can use the five-step welding method:
① Preparation: the soldered parts, soldering iron, soldering wire, soldering iron stand, solder, etc. on the workbench in an easy to operate place. Heating and cleaning of the soldering iron tip work surface, enameled with a small amount of solder.
② Heating the soldered parts: place the soldering iron tip on the soldering point, the soldering point heating; soldering iron tip working surface lined with solder, can speed up the heating speed. If there are more than two components on a soldering point, should try to heat all the soldered parts of the soldered parts at the same time.
③ melting solder: solder joints heated to the working temperature, immediately touch the solder wire to the soldered parts of the soldering surface, as shown in Figure (c). The solder wire should be added in the direction of the soldering iron tip, but not directly touching the tip of the soldering iron.
④ Remove the soldering wire: When the soldering wire is melted in the right amount, it should be removed quickly.
⑤ Remove the soldering iron: Remove the soldering iron quickly before the solder joint has been formed but before the flux has evaporated.
For soldering parts with small heat capacity, the above five-step operation method can be simplified into a three-step operation method:
① Preparation: the right hand after preheating, clean and enameled with tin soldering iron, the left hand to take the solder wire near the iron head, for welding posture.
② simultaneous heating of the soldered parts and solder wire: soldering iron and solder wire from the sides of the soldered parts at the same time to contact the welding point, so that the appropriate amount of solder melting, soaked with soldering parts.
